  • Why would anyone build a country based on the rights of one person as opposed to the rights of a group of people?

Say you had several different groups of people all with different wants, desires, ways of life and beliefs and lets call these different groups of people religions all living in one place, land mass or country, how could you keep the peace or keep all groups, religions happy?

Would you pick one or two of the groups, religions beliefs and make all the other groups, people in the country live by their beliefs, would that keep the peace between all the people and groups?

Say someone came along and built a country on the rights of one person and said that person could do anything he or she wanted as long as he or she didn’t injure another person or injure the rights of another person. That person also said groups of people could do anything they wanted as long as they didn’t injure an individual person or the rights of an individual person.

Say that someone said the government that would run this country could not establish any religion or base any of the laws on the beliefs of any one group or the beliefs of all these groups of people, these religions. Say this person said all people were created equal with equal rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness and the government was to uphold these individual rights and called it the law of the land.

Would such a form of government keep the peace between all the groups, religions and all the people?

This country that was established and built on one person’s individual rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness was called the United States of America. A country with a Constitution and Bill of Rights that made these principals the law and the land was created and those elected and appointed into government swore to uphold the law, the rights of one person. The government has rules, laws, which it has to live by, and those rules; laws say it is illegal for the government to pass any law that injures an individual or the rights of one individual. The law also states a person or group of people have the right to challenge any law in court and bring charges, even treason charges against anyone in the country or government.

Then say the elected and appointed people of the government of this country ignored these rules, laws and started making laws based on the beliefs of one or more of the groups of people of one or more religion. Say these laws injure another person or group of people and injure the rights of an individual and the rights of other groups of people, would these be legal laws under the Constitution, the law of the land?

Say a couple people brought charges in open court against the elected and appointed people in the government charging them with treason for these actions and the courts ignored the charges would this be legal under the law?

If these things happened would this be the same country that was first made, founded, a country based on individual rights and law that protected those rights or would it be a country based on the beliefs of one or more groups of people and a groups rights over individual rights?

If those elected and appointed officials of the government refused to live by the Constitution, the law of the land and the justices of the courts refused to hear charges against those elected and appointed officials would any of them be acting in good behavior or in accordance with the law of the land, the Constitution of the United States? Would they be guilty of Treason against the people and Constitution of the United States?

Say these same elected and appointed people took an oath saying they would uphold the Constitution, the law of the land, individual rights and then didn’t would they be men or women of their word or liars? Say they swore to God they would uphold the Constitution, the law of the land, individual rights and they didn’t would they had betrayed a trust with God and would they have lied to God as well?

Remember people the Constitution is the law of the land and never put anyone or the beliefs of anyone above God. God created all equal with equal rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness and the Constitution upholds the law of God.

The law of the land, the Constitution says drug laws, prostitution laws, laws against same sex marriage, marring more than one person at a time, abortion and even seat belt laws are illegal laws and as such cannot be enforced. One person or group of people may not like what another person or group of people do but the law protects the rights of individual people to do whatever they want as long as they do not injure another person or the rights of another person, this is also the Law of God.

A person who does drugs, marries the same sex, sells sex, marries more than one person at a time has an abortion or who doesn’t wear a seat belt does not injure my rights, the rights of God or your rights. So these laws are based on the beliefs of another person or the beliefs of one or more groups of people and not based on the law of the land, the Constitution or on the Law of God.

Remember all the elected and appointed officials in the United States government took an oath to uphold the law of the land, the Constitution and individual rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness and if they do not keep their word they are declaring war against the citizens of the United States they do not like or like what they do which is Treason under the Constitution. If the Justices of the Courts do not uphold the right of the people to bring charges against those elected and appointed officials, including the charges of Treason they are giving the elected and appointed officials aid and comfort in their treasonous acts which is also Treason under the Constitution.

Charges of Treason have been made against the elected and appointed officials of the United States in open court by two people according to the law of the land, the Constitution and the Justices of the Courts have refused to hear the charges, are all guilty of Treason under the law of the land, the Constitution?

You people swore to God and the people of the United States you would uphold the Constitution, individual rights are you sure it is a wise thing to lie to God and the people of the United States? Are you sure it is a wise thing to put another above God and the Law of God? Do you believe in the Constitution, the law of land, God or the Law of God, your actions would say none of you do.
