A Hampton, VA man is sought for robbing a bank.   He asked his buddies to drive him to the bank so he could open an account.   The bag of money he took contained an ink bomb which exploded after he entered his unwitting friend's car.   The friends split the scene as soon as they figured out what was going on.   The man then tried to pay his cell phone bill using the stained money.

The moral of the story is always pay your cell phone bill with a check even if you don't have any money in the account.
