There's a vicious rumor running amongst the children of Moravia, New York that hunters killed Santa's reindeer.   Some children fear Christmas will not be coming this year.   The carcasses of ten recently killed caribou were hung outside a hardware store in town.   When school buses drove past, the older children got an idea to tell the younger kids that the carcasses were Santa's reindeer and there would be no Christmas as a result.   Parents have had a difficult time explaining to the kids that the animals were not reindeer, least of all Santa's.   But rest assured, kids, Santa is on his way.   If you have any doubts, simply log onto NORAD.   Santa's annual trek has already begun!
